Telescopic Mast Systems

It's produced as standard for a maximum working height of 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0 - 4.5 - 5.0 - 5.5 or 6.0 m. It is easy to set up and move. It can be adjusted to work at different elevations. The erection poles are kept upright with the help of a three-legged stand.

The system is designed by Atak Scaffolding Formwork Systems according to your formwork project. External pipes are 60x2.0 - 60x2.5 - 60x3.0 or 76x3.0 mm, inner pipes are 48x2.5 - 48x3 or 60x3.0 mm. They are produced from TSE certified, mechanically tested, standard pipes.

Holes in the indoor unit are drilled by special drilling robots without damaging the pipe. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production.

The system is 2 layers rapid painted and can also be galvanized upon request. The placement spacing of telescopic props varies from project to project.

Slab thickness, floor height, change of main carrier and secondary carrier are the factors that affect the placement spacing of telescopic props.
