Sheet Surface Mold Systems
Two types of modular molds are produced: sheet metal surface and plywood surface. Modular system molds can be moved by hand or, if desired, by assembling the panels together and using a crane. Practical and useful formwork panels are created thanks to the combination parts consisting of pins, wedges and lever locks. It is 60% more economical than timber. Elements of standard sizes are produced for external and internal corner turns. Apart from standard 90° corners, corner elements with different angles and adjustable angles are also produced. The surface of the wedge panels is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal. Side borders are; It is made of 3 mm sheet metal, 8 cm wide, with wedge holes spaced 5 cm apart. Depending on the size of the panel, several rows of support belts are placed. Serial assembly and disassembly can be achieved by creating special production suitable for the project. Pin panel molds; Edge and middle support sheets are manufactured with 5 mm thickness and surface sheet with 3 mm thickness. The side borders are 6 cm wide and have pin holes at 5 cm intervals.
