Single Sided Molding Systems

In cases where it is not possible to install curtain and column molds with double surfaces, the mold and plumb struts are exposed to high concrete pressure. In these types of applications, a single-sided strut system is used to make the system more reliable and durable. The system is compatible with Rapido and Timberform formwork systems. It can be installed up to a maximum height of 10 m. The single-sided formwork system is designed for a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 80 kN/m². Before the frames are subjected to the oven paint process, they are sandblasted to remove chemical oils on the surface. Additionally, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
