As Atak Formwork Scaffolding San.Tic.Ltd.Şti, we entered the modern construction systems sector with under-formwork heavy load scaffoldings and exterior safe scaffolding systems in our 5,000 m2 factory in Tire district of Izmir province and developed its product range. Safe Facade Scaffolding Systems
Lower adjustment shafts are used to level the floor. The scaffolding is fixed to the building with fasteners (support apparatus). The system is designed by Atak scaffolding formwork systems according to your project, and installation and dismantling applications are carried out in accordance with your projects.
Under Formwork Scaffolding Systems
It is used as carrier scaffolding under slabs and beams. It can be used in 3 different ways such as load scaffolding and stair tower. Lower adjustment shafts are used to level the floor, and upper adjustment shafts with "4-way" or "U" heads are used to level the floor and the bottom of the beam.
Telescopic Strut Mast Systems
It is produced as standard for a maximum working height of 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0 - 4.5 - 5.0 - 5.5 or 6.0 m. It is easy to set up and move. It can be adjusted to work at different elevations. The erection poles are kept upright with the help of a three-legged stand.
Panel Formwork Systems RAPID&RAPIDO
RAPID / PANEL FORMWORK SYSTEM RAPID / PANEL FORMWORK SYSTEM RAPID is a hand-held, steel-framed, plywood-surfaced panel formwork system. A specially shaped S420 MC steel profile with high torsional resistance is used in the main frame of the system.
Tunnel Formwork Systems
It is a steel formwork system that allows the curtain walls and floors of the building to be cast in one go and on-site, with a daily casting process. It is much faster and more cost-effective than conventional methods, as it reduces labor and speed in the building construction process.
Circular Wall & Column Formwork Systems
It is a round or prismatic cross-section column formwork system produced entirely from steel. It is a high-tech product that can be used safely and easily with working platforms, excellent support solutions and a climbing ladder used when necessary.
Single Sided Formwork Systems
In cases where it is not possible to install curtain and column molds with double surfaces, the mold and plumb struts are exposed to high concrete pressure. In these types of applications, a single-sided strut system is used to make the system more reliable and durable.
Sheet Surface Mold Systems
Two types of modular molds are produced: sheet metal surface and plywood surface. Modular system molds can be moved by hand or, if desired, by mounting the panels together and using a crane. The combination of pin, wedge and lever lock creates practical and useful mold panels.
Wooden Beam Formwork Systems
It consists of 3 main elements: Wooden Beam, Plywood and Belt, and the accessories that combine them. It is a widely preferred system in many construction sites, from dams to shopping malls, from bridge abutments to water treatment plants.
